For Veteran Small Business Owners and Family Members
VETRN still has available seats for participation in its October 2025 VETRN MBA Online program, which begins on October 4, 2025. The 2025 online cohort is available to veteran and service-disabled veteran small business owners and family members from all states across the USA.
In May 2025, VETRN started the 12th year of its successful VETRN MBA training program, teaching veteran participants how to successfully grow their veteran owned small businesses or, if facing business challenges or cash flow issues, how to complete a 12-month turnaround plan. There are 16 participants in the VETRN Spring 2025 cohort from 12 different states. More than 140 veteran small business owners and family members have graduated from the VETRN program to date, with many success stories and accolades. The VETRN MBA program is free of charge to the veterans, service-disabled veterans and family members accepted into the program.
If you are a veteran or service-disabled veteran small business owner, have been in business for one or more years, have a sustainable revenue model, are ready to scale, and can meet our minimum revenue requirements for program acceptance, please go to our website at https://vetrn.org and complete an online application.
Thank you to our many sponsors, and to the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) which has recognized the success of the VETRN program. In 2022, VETRN became an SBA Resource Partner and was provided with a non-competitive SBA four-year grant.
As the VETRN MBA program is a national online program, it is critical that VETRN work closely with the Office of Veterans Business Development (OVBD) and the Veterans Business Outreach Centers (VBOC) to be able to work with local SBA and other professional resources and highly experienced mentors for each of our class participants. Thank you also to the SCORE NH Seacoast Chapter for partnering with VETRN to secure outstanding mentors for our participants.
Our heartfelt thank you also goes out to our outstanding guest experts, panel judges, and substantial list of more than 100 professional resources, who have selflessly volunteered their time to VETRN, and to the SBA VBOC regional chapters, regional SBDC chapters and the SBA District offices so that all VETRN participants across the country have access to valuable local SBA resources across the USA.
